Los Angeles Superior Court judge Marjorie Steinberg signed off on an agreement Thursday giving Kimora Lee Simmons sole custody of the couple's two daughters, 9-year-old Ming and 6-year-old Aoki. The couple's divorce was finalized in January. Mr. Santiago was arrested early Sunday after police said he caused a disruption at a Fatburger by yelling at another customer, ripping up a bouquet of flowers and throwing a drink at a customer.Authorities said the rapper punched a man in the face, and yelled "Do you know who I am?" The man received a cut on the left side of his face, a police report said.Santiago was charged with misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct. He was taken to the Miami-Dade county jail and released.

Hotness Spot: BODY Restaurant and Lounge

I want to share all the spots where hotness is displayed and my first is BODY Restaurant and Lounge in NYC, i must say i was a little hesitant cause is more uptown (138th and 12th Ave) than what I am liking these days, but i was impressed.It is is banging, banging!! Its like sexy, sultry all in one.First of all to impress me, you gotta have ambiance and when i see fine people waiting in a long ass line in the cold i know it must be good, the decor is beautiful: Zen/Modern Latin inspired.. Hott!, the bathrooms are beautiful and everything looks extremely clean.

It has two sides to it it : Restaurant and Lounge.The first floor is the restaurant until 11pm,I heard the food and service is on point, i was not able to try the cuisine, got there late. After 11pm tables disappeared and it becomes part of the lounge.

The 2nd floor houses the VIP and main lounge area: The VIP was HOTTT multiplied by 7, soft white lights with dramatic metal curtains, white leather sofas that wrap the entire extension of the area with a huge bar right across, everyone looked on point for fashion, i was very impressed girls looking fly and guys wearing suits and shoes right off GQ Magazine. Go go dancers on top of podiums dancing to a mix of mostly Hip Hop and reggueton. The drinks.. uhm the bartenders were kinda of slow but overall it was OK, it was crowded, I'll give them that. The main lounge area is more Latin: merengue, salsa with sprinkles of hip hop and current dance music. The crowd that i saw this past Saturday was young, trendy mix of young adults 21 and over. I did not see any grannies and no brawls. Thank god!

I gotta tell you if you like downtown and the finer places: Meat Packing District, Soho and such I'm telling you BODY will not disappoint. LOVEEED IT.. I WILL MOS DEF BE BACK!

The oscars

The Oscars just finished and i have to say.. i loooved this years show, i thought i wouldn't because i am not a huge fan of Hugh Jackman but the set , the shorts for the categories and the overall production of the show was HOTNESS, the feeling was intimate and felt very real .. uff what about that introduction for best actress..Sophia Loren, Shirley MacLaine, Nicole Kidman, Halley Berry and Marion Cotillard and the words they said about the nominees, its was hot! I loveeee. What about when Jen Aniston was presenting they kept going to Angelina Jolie.. ratings bang, Angelina looked as she always does unfazed.. that girl is fierce! Again it has been the best Oscars in a lonng ass time, oh oh how can i forget the musical is back set, awesome.. DAMM Beyonce is like the queen.. fo real, did you catch the little smirk when she sang At Last, forget Etta.. B owns that isht!!

Well Taraji or Viola did not win, but helloo they in Hollywood now so no stopping them.. they is actresses for real, lets hope we get to see them more often and in roles other than the typical black female roles.. give these girls substance!.Heath Ledger got the best supporting actor as we all expected him to take, his parents and sister took the stage for a very elegant and personal acceptance speech. Queen Latifah oui what a transformation.. i remember the big funky hats from 10-12 years ago, remember?? and she looked and sounded amaazingg on stage tonite BRAVO!! I loved Sean Penn winning for best actor but i was rooting for Mickey Rourke.. i was a little disappointed about that as well as with Best Supporting Actress, i was rooting for Viola Davis.
