Something's cant be fixed

This woman is gonna ruin my man, Ush, usherrr. How many more plastic surgeries is she gonna get! i loved how they said she went in for a "routine" procedure.. in Brazil??? ROUTINE, i dont think a tummy tuck or full face transplant may qualify as routine.. but hey, I think after this one she'll understand somethings can't be changed.
